Spiritual Bond of Unity Ministries, Inc. was birthed out of bible study which started on March 5, 2013 at 7:15pm, in the Artisan Ridge Apartments leasing office, 5480 Preakness Lane, Dallas Texas 75211, by then Elder Charles Boyd and the Holy Ghost. The bible study and the attendees wanted more so the ministry began having third Sunday worship service at 3pm starting on August 18, 2013.
On January 10, 2015, the ministry was formed as a church under the leadership of founding Pastor Charles M. Boyd. The first 10:00 am worship service commenced with seven people in attendance on January 11, 2015. As the year progressed, SBOUM had its last church service in the leasing office on November 29, 2015 and moved to 3317 Finley Road, Suite 215, Irving, Texas 75062 where our Bible study commenced on December 1, 2015 at 7:30 pm.
On December 15, 2015, Spiritual Bond of Unity Ministries, Inc. officially became a North Texas District Affiliate Church in the Mid-cities section of the Assemblies of God.
